Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS 2021

Orders placed before December 21st will be shipped to arrive before Christmas. If you are in the local area we will be doing local deliveries for any orders created up to 10am on Christmas Eve.

 LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery for a number of postcodes at a discounted rate. Deliveries are done in the afternoon and early evenings. Dependent on the post code will depend on the day of delivery. This can be seen when you select local delivery. If the local delivery service does not show up at checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within two working days (Monday - Friday) using Royal Mail or Courier delivery. Royal Mail delivery is Tracked and Signed for 48hour service. Courier delivery is a next day service. The flat rate fee for this is £6.99, we understand this is high, however this does not cover our actual costs. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

 

PACKAGING

All items that are shipped are packed within a cardboard box, and in a inflated air sack plastic container for protection. While this is not what we want, as we would prefer to deliver items in a more eco-friendly way, this is mandated by both Royal Mail and our courier partners. We are currently in negotiations with our courier partner to find a better solution.
